Shipping and Returns

U.K. shipping is 24 Tracked Royal Mail service. 

EU / Rest of the World shipping is Tracked & Signed Royal Mail service.

When your order is ready to be dispatched, an email with your tracking details will be sent, this will allow you to follow your order’s journey.

Shipping times:

  • UK orders - should arrive 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
  • EU orders - should arrive 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
  • Rest of World orders - should arrive up to 7 working days after dispatch.

Once expedited you will receive an email with your tracking details and expected time of delivery. In the unlikely event that your delivery failed and your purchase was returned to us, we would need to re-charge you, for shipping to you a second time.

Customs, Clearance & Duties Fees:

As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of customs, clearance or related duties so kindly notify you that these related costs are your responsibility.

Returns Policy

We try very hard to ensure you are fully satisfied, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We accept returns within 28 days of delivery on all:

  • Unworn and unwashed items
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Returned with original packaging where possible
  • Exchange, refund or store credit

For Sale Items:

  • Please note our returns policy is 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchange or store credit only

For Final Sale Items:

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

All orders are shipped with a Returns Form, so please ensure that this form is completed and included in your return. If you have misplaced this form you can include a note with: your name & order number.  Please note that without this information your exchange / refund will take longer to process.

International Returns:

If you are sending back your purchase from outside of the UK, please clearly mark the parcel as a 'Customer Return'. Otherwise, the return will be charged import duties and this fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

If you would like to return your purchase, we can only offer a refund on non-sale items. Items must be unworn condition, with all all tags and ideally in the original packaging. You will need to return your purchase to us within 28 days of it arriving with you. Your return would need to be fully tracked with tracking details sent to us at info@roywear.com. Along with your invoice number, full name and reason for the refund no later than 14 days after receipt of your order.

Exchanges:

We cannot promise that your request for an exchange will always be possible, but the earlier you ask us, the more likely it is that we can accommodate your request. Please start by sending us an email to info@roywear.com with your original order details along with your exchange request.

If the alternate size and or colour is available we will complete your exchange. If that is not possible, we will make a refund excluding shipping, customs and import duties. For international exchanges, we will need to charge shipping costs for replacement garments, as a small business we are unable to cover this cost.

NB: Please include a note with your name and the size / colour you would like, so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible.

What happens with my returned garments?

Garments returned to us in perfect condition will be returned to our shop. Our returned Roys always find a good home. So far, we've got a 100% success rate in 'rehoming' returned Roys :) 

The Small Print

As a small business we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage so we ask you to send it back using tracked postage. Once a returned purchase is back and checked over, refunds will be made within 1-3 working days. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure the item(s) has / have not been worn, and is in a new condition. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email. If you have returned a  purchase in an un-sellable condition, we would return it to you and no refund would be issued to you. If it needs to be professionally cleaned, the fee would be deducted from any refunds owed. That's never happened, however we hope you understand our reasons for putting this in the small print.
